STUDIO POLICIES

REGISTRATION
A non-refundable registration fee of $25 is required at the time of sign up. Class placement will not occur until registration fee is paid. This fee pays for your dancers recital t-shirt. Registration closes August 1, 2024.
PICK UP/DROP OFF
Parents are required to come into the studio to pick their students up and drop them off. Safety of our students is priority! Because we are on the Main Street of Sac City, students will remain in their class rooms until their parent/guardian comes to their studio room to pick them up. Students will not be allowed to wait outside of the studio, they will remain inside waiting for their ride.

All students must remain in the lobby area before and after class until picked up by their designated care giver. The studio will not be responsible for providing care before or after class. If student is not picked up 15 minutes after class, parents will be called. If parents do not answer after 2 calls, the emergency contact person will be contacted. If the emergency contact person cannot be reached, a police escort will be given. TEACHERS WILL NOT GIVE RIDES HOME TO STUDENTS.

TUITION
Tuition is to be paid on the 20th of each month or paid in full by September 1st. Late tuition will result in a written warning and a late fee of $15. After 2 written warnings, the student will be sitting out from class. After 3 written warnings, membership will be pulled. There are no refunds for missed classes, but make up classes for weather will be offered throughout the year.
ATTENDANCE
Regular class attendance is expected for each student. If your child is ill, unable to attend class or going to be late, please call, text, or Facebook message Shaylee. Regular attendance is crucial for learning the dance and good skill development. Students are expected to have no more than 7 annual absences. 7 missed classes may result in removal from the class or being moved to a different class. 3 unexcused tardies (5 minutes late or more) equals an absence. If you hit the allowed absences, you are then required to pay for a private lesson for make up time.We WILL have classes during school conferences, concerts, professional development days, etc. Discontinuation of class must be made in writing to Shaylee by November 1st.
